Yoga at Mapperton
An all-level vinyasa flow with modifications for beginners and variations for those with a regular practice. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized with the breath. The breath acts as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Sessions will start with setting an intention, pranayama (breath), asana (poses) and ending with savasana (relaxation).
Time: 9.30-10.30 am
Location: The Coach House, Mapperton, Beaminster DT8 3NR
Parking: Please park in the car park by the Coach House
***The 17th Century Coach House Cafe will be open IN SEASON (April – September) after class where you can buy delicious coffees, teas and vegan treats. ***
